Class Schedule

All class is set up by appointment 

Available on Monday - Friday from 9:30 am - 8:30 pm, and Saturday from 10 am-2 pm  for private and semi-private class.  Group class may also be set up for 2 and more students from 7-8 PM on Monday & Friday, or M-W-F


We run our classes under 4JC Warrior Boxing Club's Management.  Alex Crane and Bryce Mc Daniel also run the class in Tempe and Tucson:  www.metayomuaythai.com

 Our chief trainer, Paul [Pon in Thai], Metayo has a professional record of 114-16 in Muaythai, 11-0 in Boxing, 10-5 in International Kickboxing and Full-Contact Karate.  Besides the professional experience, Paul also received Instructor's certificates from different organizations such as the US Muaythai Academy Association, US Seido Kai Kan Karate Federation, a member of the US Muaythai Association, World Muaythai Council Committees and World Muaythai Association
