About Us

Muaythai class

Muaythai techniques, which include stand up, grappling, and ground fighting techniques are similar to Western Boxing, International Kickboxing, Wrestling, Judo, Kung Fu, Karate, Taekwondo, and Mixed Martial Arts, but per thousand research statistics, participants state that it is superior than the rest.  Thus, it has been using by Thai Boxers, Kick-boxers, UFC and other Mixed Martial Arts Fighters.  it is proven to be Top physical conditioning, Effective street self-defense, and Proven ring competition.  Muaythai has good benefits for persons of all fitness levels 

Our gym program

Day time class is from 11 AM to 3 PM, Monday-Friday, 1 hour for each class and  Night time class is by appointment. We have full-facility in Tucson and Tempe, Arizona; and new facility in Rohnert Park, California.  We provide private class, semi-private class, and small group class for a daily, weekly, or monthly basis fee.  The class is open for persons of all fitness levels from 16  years old and older, women, men and co-ed class.  Also, we provide a certificate program for students who want to get certified for basic certificate, intermediate certificate, advance certificate, or instructor certificate 

Train with real fighters/trainers

The day time class is conducted daily by appointment from 11 AM to 12 PM, 1 hour for each class on M-F, and night time class is by appointment on weekdays. All classes are for private lesson, semi-private, or small group.
