Day time class is from 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday-Friday, 1 hour for each class and Night time class is by appointment on M-W-F, possibly from 6 to 9 PM We have full and new facility in Rohnert Park, California. We provide private class, semi-private class, and small group class for a daily, weekly, or monthly basis fee. The class is open for persons of all fitness levels from 16 years old and older, women, men and co-ed class. Also, we provide a certificate program for students who want to get certified for basic certificate, intermediate certificate, advance certificate, or instructor certificate
